The Blood on My Name Short Film has premiered. Brandon McCormick‘s Blood on My Name (2011) stars Justin Welborn and Sean Bridgers. Blood on My Name‘s plot synopsis: “On the run after a botched robbery, Erwin, who’s experienced a change in heart, tries to take advantage of a deal he’s made for himself and fellow thief Thomas. Instead he calls down the agents of a malevolent supernatural force who will hunt him to the ends of the earth rather than see him escape.” Loved it. I didn’t think I would like the singing but it was spot on and right on the money. It was not heavily used either, just at the end. The singing is integrated into the melancholy situation like in Moulin Rouge. I almost didn’t recognize Sean Bridgers with the beard shaved. He is an alumni of HBO’s fantastic western Deadwood and is right at home. Watch the Blood on My Name short film below and leave your thoughts on it.
