Box Office October 25-27, 2013. Bad Grandpa premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $32 Million. Gravity was Second with $20 Million for $199.8 Million so far. Captain Phillips was Third with $11.8 Million. The Counselor premiered in Fourth Place with $10.1 Million. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 was Fifth with $6.1 Million for $100.6 Million so far. Carrie, Escape Plan, 12 Years a Slave, Enough Said, Prisoners, and Insidious Chapter 2 rounded out the top ten respectively.

The Counselor was released in the United States on October 25, 2013 by 20th Century Fox. The plot revolves around the troubled Juarez, Mexico / Texas border area and deals with themes of greed, life and death, and the primal instincts of humans and their consequences. The film has stirred controversy due to its excessive violence and graphic sex.
