Daredevil Season 2 Final Trailer and Clip. Netflix‘s Daredevil: Season 2 final trailer and movie clip have been released ahead of of the new season’s premiere on March 18, 2016. This trailer features the multiple threats that Matt Murdock / Daredevil (Charlie Cox) including Frank Castle / The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), Elektra Natchios (Eldie Yung), and The Hand.
When Season 2 was announced, I didn’t know how they could possibly top the events that transpired. The previous trailers and this one indicate the how in that equation. It looked like things would get better with Kingpin in prison but Daredevil presence and antics have attracted even more dangerous and destructive elements.
There also seems to be a relationship blooming between Murdock and Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and one reignited between Murdock and Elektra.
The war Stick (Scott Glenn) mentions and The Hand should be interesting as well.
Daredevil: Season 2’s plot synopsis: “Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell’s Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame – Elektra Natchios.
Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt’s neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.”
Daredevil: Season 2 also stars Elden Henson, Rosario Dawson, Gina Diaz, Steve Ferrarie, Matt Gerald, Scott Glenn, Lynn Marocola, Doris McCarthy, Nneoma Nkuku, Stephen Rider, and Keil Oakley Zepernick.
