Netflix‘s Everything Sucks! (2018) TV show trailer stars Jahi Winston, Peyton Kennedy, Sydney Sweeney, Elijah Stevenson, and Quinn Liebling. Everything Sucks!‘s plot synopsis: “It’s 1996 in a town called Boring, where high school misfits in the AV and drama clubs brave the ups and downs of teenage life in the VHS era.”

With the success of Stranger Things, an 80’s themed show, Ready Player One, an 80’s themed theatrical film, and That 70’s Show years ago, past era productions are “in fashion.”

Everything Sucks! was an eventuality that was bound to happen. From the trailer, it looks as though it hits the ground running at a good pace with the narrative focusing as much on its young protagonist as it does on its older protagonists.

The two primary relationships showcased in this trailer should be interesting to watch, especially their pre-relationship machinations.

Everything Sucks! also stars Rio Mangini, Patch Darragh, and Claudine Nako. Everything Sucks! was created by Ben York Jones and Michael Mohan.
