Bond 25

Daniel Craig will reprise his role as MI6 Agent James Bond in the Danny Boyle-directed film.

The screenplay for the film is being written by John Hodge.

Bond 25 will be released in U.S. theaters through Annapurna Pictures and MGM on November 8, 2019. Bond 25 will be released in U.K. theaters through Universal Pictures on October 25, 2019.

The screenplay for the film was written by Mark McCorkle, Bob Schooley, and Josh Cagan.

The film will be co-directed by Adam B. Stein and Zach Lipovsky.

Honey Boy

Maika Monroe has been cast as an aspiring actress named Sandra.

Monroe joins already cast Shia LaBeouf, Lucas Hedges, Noah Jupe, Natasha Lyonne, Martin Starr, Byron Bowers, and Laura San Giacomo.

Shia LaBeouf wrote the screenplay for the film.

The film will be directed by Alma Har’el.

Honey Boy‘s plot synopsis: “It follows a young actor at two stages of his life and the relationship he has with his father at the stages, the first as the actor is starting out and the second as his career starts to take off.”

The Last Thing He Wanted

Anne Hathaway has been cast as Elena McMahon, a hardscrabble journalist “who inherits her father’s position as a dealmaker — an arms dealmaker. She soon finds herself on dangerous ground as the Iran-Contra Affair’s arms-for-drugs plot reaches its tipping point.”

Marco Villalobos co-wrote the screenplay with Dee Rees, who will also be directing the film.

The film is based upon the novel written by Joan Didion.

Bloodshot

Sam Heughan, Eiza Gonzalez, and Michael Sheen have been cast in unspecified roles.

Ron Yuan has been cast as Sergeant Qiang, “the second in command of the Imperial Regiment.”

Lauren HynekRick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Elizabeth Martin wrote the screenplay for the Niki Caro-directed film.

Mulan‘s plot synopsis: “adapted the ancient Chinese legend of Hua Mulan, a female warrior who disguises herself as a man in order to take the place of her aging father in the military.”

Mulan will be released in U.S. theaters through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on March 27, 2020.

The Night Clerk

Helen Hunt, Ana de Armas, and John Leguizamo have been cast in unspecified roles.

These actresses and actor join already cast Tye Sheridan.

The Night Clerk‘s plot synopsis: “Hotel night clerk Bart Bromley (Sheridan), a highly intelligent young man on the Autism spectrum, uses secret surveillance cameras to record guests in an effort to improve his social interaction skills. When a woman is murdered during his shift, Bart becomes the prime suspect but can’t reveal that his illegal cameras captured evidence that would prove his innocence. As the police investigation closes in, Bart makes a personal connection with a beautiful guest named Andrea, but soon realizes he must stop the real murderer before she becomes the next victim.”

The film will be written and directed by Michael Cristofer.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Idris Elba has been cast as Quasimodo, a hunchback who falls in love with gypsy Esmeralda in 1482.

Michael Mitnick is writing the screenplay for the Idris Elba-directed film.

The screenplay will be based on the book by Victor Hugo.

The film will be released on Netflix.

Analog

Chad Stahelski has been selected to direct the film.

Ryan J. Condal is writing the screenplay for the film.

Analog‘s plot synopsis: based on the comic book by Gerry Duggan and David O’Sullivan, “Analog tells the story of a future 2024 where internet privacy has been completely compromised, with the web now only used for porn. Armed couriers known as “Paper Jockeys” are now used in place of email to deliver information while fighting off spies and other unsavory individuals. No casting announcements have been made yet.”
