Bond 25, Gotham City SirensNew Warriors, and other films and TV shows have made recent casting news.

These productions come from studios based primarily in the United States. The castings are subject to change.

New Warriors

Keith Davis is slated to appear in Marvel’s new superhero series New Warriors. David, who has acted in such productions as The Thing, Spawn, and The Princess and the Frog, will play the character of Ernest Vigman. He joins a cast that already includes Milana Vayntrub, Derek Theler, Jeremy Tardy, Calum Worthy, Matthew Moy, and Kate Comer.

Bond 25

Yann Demange is reported to have been tapped to direct Bond 25 by EON Productions. The news comes in the wake of dual announcements that the next Bond film has been set for a November 2019 release in addition to Daniel Craig being set to return as 007 for the project. Demange has previously helmed the features White Boy Rick and ‘71.

Gotham City Sirens

David Ayers is rumored to no longer be Warner Bros.’ choice to direct Gotham City Sirens. The claim comes from Mashable, which further adds that Ayers’ departure may jeopardize the film as a whole. Ayers’ representatives have denied that he’s left the movie however.

True Detective

Mahershala Ali will play a lead role in the proposed third season of True Detective.

Grey’s Anatomy

Jaina Lee Ortiz is set to star in an untitled spin-off of Grey’s Anatomy.
