Bond 25

Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli, and Gary Barber announced today that Bond 25 has been set for release on November 8th, 2019. The next installment of the James Bond franchise will come four years after the 24th film in the series, Spectre, premiered in 2015.

Captain Marvel

Marvel Studios reveals that Captain Marvel will shoot in California. The planned superhero movie, along with the Paramount feature Island Plaza and the Roland Emmerich film Midway, has been selected by the California Film Commission to receive part of the commission’s new round ofn tax credits.

Justice League

Warner Bros. is in the process of finishing reshoots for their upcoming DC Extended Universe crossover Justice League. The studio, which has allocated $25 million for the reshoots, is struggling to accomodate the schedules of stars who have other commitments like Ezra Miller and Henry Cavill.

Fallen

Gravitas Ventures has obtained the rights to Thomas Marchese’s documentary Fallen. Featuring narration by Michael Chiklis, the film explores the sacrifices of police officers slain in the line of duty and the efforts of law enforcement to honor them.

The Mayor

ABC has set its new comedy program The Mayor for an October 1st premiere.
