Paul Reubens’ Penguin Family Gather in Portrait for Gotham. It’s time to meet the Penguin family as FOX officially released this great family portrait of The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) with his father (Paul Reubens) and his new family as we get to meet them this season.
This official still of the Penguin family has Paul Reubens reprising his role as Oswald Cobblepot’s father Elijah Van Dahl from Batman Returns. In the portrait, we see father and son reuniting with Elijah having a new wife and his two kids. “He’s a man with enormous wealth and even more secrets,” EP John Stephens told TV Insider. Even though we haven’t quite figured out how Penguin’s father will fit into Gotham, our best guess would be it might have something to do with Oswald being released from Arkham Asylum. It will be interesting how he integrates into the city’s high-class society once his father enters the picture during next week’s episode.
