This is big week in In-Home releases with The Fate of the Furious becoming available. The Fate of the Furious is the latest in the billion dollar The Fast and the Furious film franchise. The latest three Furious films have gotten more and more preposterous. What sets The Fast and the Furious apart from film franchises like Transformers is that The Fast and the Furious always keeps its core the same: family.

If you’re going through heartbreak or are too lazy to argue with your mother about what to watch, this film is perfectly fine. It’s too long, absolutely, and it doesn’t challenge you at all. But it’s pleasant, it’s kind, and it’ll be over in two hours.
The Lost of City of Z looks like a good adventure film while The Fifth Element is pretty adventure film. Because of its narrative, The Fifth Element is mediocre at best.
With The Wizard of Lies, it looks as though Robert DeNiro has returned to form in a part that he could sink his teeth into and emote.
