The movie trailer for I Am Love (Io Sono L’Amore) has premiered. I Am Love is directed by Luca Guadagnino and stars Tilda Swinton, Flavio Parenti, Edoardo Gabbriellini, Alba Rohrwacher, Pippo Delbono, Maria Paiato, and Diane Fleri. I Am Love‘s plot synopsis: “I Am Love tells the story of the wealthy Recchi family, whose lives are undergoing sweeping changes. Eduardo Sr., the family patriarch, has decided to name a successor to the reigns of his massive industrial company, surprising everyone by splitting power between his son Tancredi, and grandson Edo. But Edo dreams of opening a restaurant with his friend Antonio, a handsome and talented chef. ” This movie trailer gives you glimpses of the film and the viewer has to process and put them together. I wish more constructors of movie trailers would take a queue from this trailer. I can take family dramas or leave them but this trailer makes the film seem more than interesting. I Am Love opens on June 19, 2010.
