Ken Leung Joins The Cast Of ABC’s Inhumans As Karnak
The Night Shift star Ken Leung will play the role of Karnak in ABC‘s planned adaptation of Marvel‘s Inhumans comics.
Although he is probably most recognizable for his roles as Topher Zia on the NBC medical drama and Miles Straume on the highly-popular sci-fi show Lost, Leung has an extensive film and TV resume that has seen him appear in many projects. He has had guest appearances in programs from Oz and Law and Order to The Sopranos and The Good Wife, while also having bit roles in movies as diverse as Vanilla Sky, X-Men: The Last Stand, Saw V, and most recently, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
A minister for the show’s leader Black Bolt, the character Leung will play stands out from his fellow Inhumans is that he did not gain his power from the Terrigen Mists that bestowed the others with their abilities. How Karnak developed the power to see the fault in everyone and everything is a mystery for the time being.

Set to debut this September, a version of the first two episodes of the new ABC series will premiere exclusively in IMAX theatres for a two-week window, prior to the 8-episode network run.
Marvel’s Inhumans is executive produced by Scott Buck (Dexter, Marvel’s Iron Fist) along with Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Marvel’s Luke Cage) and Jim Chory (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Marvel’s Luke Cage), with Buck serving as showrunner.
