Netflix‘s Iron Fist (2017) teaser trailer from the 2016 New York Comic Con stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, Wai Ching Ho, and Toby Nichols. Iron Fist‘s plot synopsis: “Billionaire Danny Rand (Finn Jones) returns to New York City after being missing for years, trying to reconnect with his past and his family legacy. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.”
After Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage, I had nothing but high expectations for Iron Fist. After watching this trailer, all those expectations have been met and exceeded. I love that this trailer has a martial arts, Daredevil-feel to it but the production is completely its own. The backstory is what I wanted to see on-screen. There were pieces of it sprinkled throughout the trailer.
Iron Fist also stars Lewis Tan, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey, and Carrie-Anne Moss.
