Jupiter’s Moon certainly gives the viewer something that they weren’t expecting. Placing immigrant Aryan Dashni (Zsombor Jéger)’s ability in a real world setting, making him singular and odd, adds far more elements to this film than if it were set in a superhero world à la the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The fact that everyone wants the young immigrant for his power, either to exploit him, for government usage, or scientific study, is exactly what would happen if someone like Aryan Dashni showed up in the world.
