Lawless Trailer. John Hillcoat‘s Lawless (2012) movie trailer stars Tom Hardy, Shia LaBeouf, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, and Mia Wasikowska. Lawless‘ plot synopsis: based on Matt Bondurant‘s book The Wettest County in the World, “The true story of the infamous Bondurant Brothers: bootlegging siblings who made a run for the American Dream in Prohibition-era Virginia…the loyalty of three brothers is put to the test against the backdrop of the nation’s most notorious crime wave.”
This looks far better than I was expecting, especially Guy Pearce’s performance.
Lawless also stars Dane DeHaan, Noah Taylor, Jason Clarke, Lew Temple, Eric Mendenhall, Alex Van, Chris McGarry, Ricky Muse, and Randall Franks.
