Legends of Tomorrow Casts Sarah Grey As Stargirl. Legends of Tomorrow have just casted their Stargirl as Canadian actress Sarah Grey has been picked to play the superpowered female who is also a member of the series’ take on the Justice Society of America.

IGN first reported that the young Sarah Grey would be joining the cast of the second season of Legends of Tomorrow as Courtney Whitmore AKA Stargirl. This isn’t the first time that Stargirl has made her live-action appearance. Her first time was in the Superman prequel series Smallville when Britt Irvin played the character. Stargirl will be joined by the likes of Hourman (Patrick J. Adams), Dr. Mid-Nite, Obsidian, and Commander Steel (Matthew MacCaull) to form the Justice Society of America.

The actress has appeared in a few other TV series including Bates Motel and Wayward Pines. She will appear in next year’s Power Rangers film.
