This 911 Cop Brownies Distress Call clip is absolutely hilarious. A cop confiscates marijuana, takes it home, bakes it in brownies with his wife, gets high, thinks he is dying, and calls 911. I can not believe the police officer notified the authorities on himself. Now that is what I call high. Listen to the news caster snickering offscreen, almost the most humorous part of the clip.
