Mike Colter Reveals The Release Date for Luke Cage. It looks like we may not have to wait too long for Luke Cage to arrive on Netflix this year. Mike Colter has finally given fans a release date for his upcoming series based on the character, which will be on September 30th.
During the New York premiere for the second season of Daredevil, Mike Colter arrived to the red carpet and spilled the beans that September 30th will be the date that Luke Cage drops on the popular streaming service. The show has been in production for a while, so it was expected for the series to come out sometime later this year. This should give us an idea as to when Iron Fist may get his show released, which could be in early 2017 if Marvel starts production soon.
