Miss You Already Trailer. Catherine Hardwicke‘s Miss You Already (2015) movie trailer stars Drew Barrymore, Toni Collette and Dominic Cooper. Miss You Already‘s plot synopsis: “The friendship between two life-long girlfriends is put to the test when one starts a family and the other falls ill.”
Normally this premise would seem trite and cliché, but judging from this trailer and the acting and directing pedigree, I must say I’m curious to see how this unfolds. Thirteen definitely captured some truths about growing up as inner-city/suburban teenage youth without much supervision, and this could really explore being an adult and facing your mortality in a similarly honest way. It’s too soon to tell, but I quite like what I’m seeing here.
