Mr. Robot: Season 3 Trailer

USA‘s Mr. Robot: Season 3 teaser trailer stars Rami Malek, Christian SlaterPortia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin, and Martin Wallstrom.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) was closing in on the leadership of FNation during the finale episode of Season 2. One of their leaders was in custody, two members had fed (probably killed), and one found a dead man to be still alive.

Mr. Robot is one of the top six, if not top five, TV shows on television. Mr. Robot is completely innovative and never goes where the viewer thinks it is going. Mr. Robot redefines the viewer’s expectations and ups them each season. I expect Season 3 to be no different.

Jeff Wachtel, Chief Content Officer, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, has indicated that it will not:

Season 3 of Mr. Robot will engage viewers in a whole new way, with Sam and team continuing to find ways to surprise, challenge and delight the audience.

What is strange about Mr. Robot is that the show got better between Season 1 and Season 2 yet its ratings actually declined. During Mr. Robot’s first season, the show averaged 1.39 million viewers per episode. During its second season, Mr. Robot averaged 0.74 million viewers per episode. If Mr. Robot had been airing on Fox, it might have been canceled already or moved to the “Death Slot.”

Mr. Robot: Season 3 also stars Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, Stephanie Corneliussen, and Bobby Cannavale.
