Les Grossman (Tom Cruise) was produced the 2010 MTV Movie Awards this year, got fed up during a particular performance featuring Ken Jeong and took the stage himself. Tom Cruise really did a great job with the dance routine then Jennifer Lopez shows up and the performance goes from great to excellent. MTV threw one hell of a awards show this year and incorporating Les Grossman was brilliant.
