Neighbors Trailer 1. Nicholas Stoller‘s Neighbors (2014) red band movie trailer stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Dave Franco. Neighbors’ plot synopsis: “a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby…the tension between the two houses escalates into out-and-out war.”
Neighbors also stars Lisa Kudrow, Jake Johnson, Carla Gallo, Chasty Ballesteros, Ali Cobrin, Ike Barinholtz, Craig Roberts, Jason Mantzoukas, Jesse Heiman, and Cassandra Starr.
