In next week’s finale, things come to a head as both Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie) and Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston) get to Cairo to close the deal with Hamid, the boyfriend of Pine’s dead lover Sophie. Angela Burr (Olivia Colman) gets pressured into closing her department, but new intel from Pine leads to her and the team heading to Cairo to stop Roper in his tracks. With Roper about to close in on Pine and Jed (Elizabeth Debnicki), Pine must find a way to take him down and save Jed before it’s too late.
