The Girl on the Train will be Number One at the box office this weekend. The book the film is based on was a New York Times best seller. Book fans will flock to the cinema to see the film adaptation (as they did with Fifty Shades of Grey). The Girl on the Train also has an all star cast, cementing the film’s debut in the top spot. Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children will be Number Two. The Birth of a Nation will premiere in Third Place. The historical drama has been getting good reviews. Deepwater Horizon will be Fourth. The Magnificent Seven will round out the Top Five at the United States box office for this weekend.
