The 2013 Boston Marathon bombing was a terrible day in American history. The angle that Patriots Day approaches the story is from immediately reminded me of World Trade Center. Besides the beginning of the Patriots Day trailer, this is a reaction teaser. The latter half of the trailer shows Sgt. Tommy Saunders (Mark Wahlberg) and other characters’ reaction to the bombing and the horror that they witnessed.
Patriots Day also stars John Goodman, Michael Beach, Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Wolff, Lana Condor, Jake Picking, Khandi Alexander, James DuMont, Dean Neistat, and Vincent Curatola.
