The Redline movie trailer has premiered. Redline (2009) is directed by Takeshi Koike and is written by Katsuhito Ishii. Redline‘s plot synopsis: “Set in the distant future where multi-wheeled flying air-cars replaced today’s four-wheel vehicle. Follows the intertwined journeys of competitors in the deadliest car-racing game in the universe – Redline – held once every five years.” Like Paprika, Madhouse Ltd. may have outdone itself this time. American animation never puts the detail into their characters the way Japanese animators do. Redline comes out in theaters this year in Japan. No word when it will hit the US.
