The first official Scream 4 photo with Courteney Cox Arquette and GhostFace has been released. Scream 4 is directed by Wes Craven and stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox Arquette, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, and Erik Knudsen.
