Skyscraper Super Bowl TV Spot

The Skyscraper (2018) Super Bowl TV spot has been released by Universal Pictures. From the Super Bowl 52 TV Spot for Skyscraper, the film is exactly what most the viewer is expecting: a huge, special effects version of Die Hard, minus all of the plot sophistication and nuisance that made that film an instant hit and a classic. Dwayne Johnson does the best he can with what he was given.

I love the Cliffhanger-like jump at the end of this TV spot. Hilarious.

Skyscraper‘s plot synopsis: “Global icon Dwayne Johnson leads the cast of Legendary’s Skyscraper as former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Ford, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. On assignment in China he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he’s been framed for it. A wanted man on the run, Will must find those responsible, clear his name and somehow rescue his family who is trapped inside the building…above the fire line.
