SNATCH: Luke Pasqualino And Lucien Laviscount Join Cast [Crackle]

Luke Pasqualino

Luke Pasqualino and Lucien Laviscount sign on to Snatch. The two actors will play major roles in the upcoming crime drama from Sony‘s Crackle service.

Pasqualino, who is best known for portraying D’Artagnan on the BBC‘s Musketeers, is set to play Albert Hill. As one of the lead roles, Pasqualino’s character will share a lot of screentime with Rupert Grint’s Charlie Cavendish, the protagonist of the show. Meanwhile, Laviscount (known for his work on Scream Queens) will portray a boxer with major attitude and an obscene nickname to boot:

Snatch will carry the spirit of the setting in the film, while creating a new world with new characters. Inspired by a real-life heist in London, Snatch centers on a group of twentysomething, up-and-coming hustlers who stumble upon a truckload of stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrust into the high-stakes world of organized crime.

Pasqualino’s Albert is an aspirational young man. He is smart, handsome, charming and a bit of a thinker as well as a doer. He strives to ensure that he doesn’t end up like his father, Vic (Scott). Loyalty, heart and passion are at his core.

Laviscount will play Billy ‘Fuckin’ Ayers, a handsome, aggressive and stubborn boxer.

Production on the 10-episode first season begins next week in Manchester, England. The series will premiere in 2017. Alex De Rakoff, creator and head writer, also serves as executive producer and Helen Flint produces for Little Island Productions.
