SPIDERMAN: HOMECOMING (2017): Title Confirmed for Film Reboot

Spider-Man: Homecoming Title

Spider-Man: Homecoming Revealed to Be the Official Title. We can finally put the rumors to rest as Marvel and Sony recently revealed the title for their upcoming reboot for Spider-Man. It’s confirmed that the title of the film will indeed be called Spider-Man: Homecoming.

During Sony Pictures’ big presentation at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, they announced that Spider-Man: Homecoming will be the title for the web slinger’s first solo film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We also have what appears to be the logo for the upcoming film, thanks to The Hollywood Reporter. The announcement was made when the studios brought in Spidey star Tom Holland as their special guest on stage. Our guess is that ‘Homecoming’ may refer to Peter Parker being in high school when we first meet the character. There’s still no confirmation on whether the film will adapt the comic book of the same name yet.

What do you guys think of the title? Starring Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, and Zendaya, the film is scheduled to be released on July 7, 2017.
