Chris Wood to Play a DC Comics Character on Supergirl’s Second Season. Supergirl’s roster keeps on growing with this latest addition as The CW has hired network favorite Chris Woods to play a super secret role for the upcoming second season of the superhero series.
TVLine reported that Chris Woods has been cast in a series regular role for Supergirl. The actor appears to be playing an established DC Comics character, but they won’t reveal much. All we know is that he will be making his debut during the season premiere. There has been rumors going around that Hal Jordan/Green Lantern might show up in one of the DCTV shows, so that may be a possibility of who Wood would play. However, there are other characters out there to consider as well.
The actor has been credited for other The CW shows like The Vampire Dairies, Carrie Diaries, and Containment. What do you guys think Chris Wood’s role might be?
