CBS Releases New Trailer of Supergirl Offering Fresh Footage. It’s only a month away, but CBS has given us more to look forward to when the network released a brand new trailer of Supergirl offering new footage from the rest of the season, showing off some new powers and villains.
In the new trailer, we get some never-before-seen footage from the rest of Supergirl’s freshman season so far. We see some new villains that Kara (Melissa Benoist) will have to face after the crash of Fort Rozz on Earth. With every new challenge, we see that Earth’s new protector will develop some new powers, including ice breath. We also see footage of villains like Hellgrammite (Justice Leak) and Reactron (Chris Browning). Some new characters was also shown, like business mogul Maxwell Lord (Peter Facinelli) and Cat Grant’s son Carter Grant (Levi Miller), who are both fascinated by Supergirl.
