Supergirl Better Angels Images. Ahead of the season one finale, CBS has revealed some images from the episode showing us how it all goes down for Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and her friends and family. We also have the return of original Supergirl Helen Slater for the finale.
The images shown for the episode ‘Better Angels’, Kara will fight against a surprising enemy, but she must risk everything she cares for in order to stop Non and Indigo from killing those she loves. One of the things we noticed from the images is the return of Alex (Chyler Leigh) and J’onn Jonzz (David Harewood). It seems the two have come back to help Kara after being on the run. Kara also is shown on an operating table at the DEO, assuming that she must have been hit pretty hard from fighting. This probably prompts Alex and J’onn to rush to her aid. We also see Alex and Kara’s mother Eliza at the lab, which may mean that the team may need her expertise relating to her work with their father Jeremiah. Even Maxwell Lord (Peter Facinelli) shows up to offer his services to stop the new threat.
On a personal note, we see Kara and James Olsen (Mehcad Brooks) picking up where they left off after that kiss. We may also spot a victory party taking place at Kara’s place as we see her with her friends and family giving a toast. However, it’s cut short as they see something ominous in the window, prompting Kara to don her Supergirl persona to see what it is.
