The CW’s Supergirl Season 2, Episode 2: The Last Children of Krypton TV show trailer stars Melissa Benoist, Mehcad Brooks, Jeremy Jordan, Chyler Leigh, and David Harewood. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) faces off against Cadmus Labs’ ultimate weapon.
In the trailer for ‘The Last Children of Krypton’, Kara and the DEO find out that Cadmus Labs has revived John Corben (Frederick Schmidt) into Metallo, their secret weapon against her and Superman (Tyler Hoechlin). When Metallo starts attacking the people of National City, Supergirl tries to take on Metallo. However, once Supergirl fights off against Metallo, she ends up seriously hurt due to his power source through kryptonite.
