Michelle Rodriguez joins The Fast and The Furious 6. Michelle Rodriguez joining Justin Lin‘s Fast Six (2013) or Fast and Furious 6 makes perfect sense if you saw the after credits scene for Fast Five which indicated that her character was somehow still alive.
Gina Carano (written about here: The Fast and The Furious 6 (2013): Gina Carano may join Fast Six), Rihanna, and Luke Evans possibly joining Fast Six‘s cast are all cool choices. I actually do not like the fact that Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) is being brought back because her death was one of the best dramatic plot points in Fast & Furious (reviewed here: Film Review: Fast & Furious (2009)) and a element that made that film the best in the franchise so far.

Michelle Rodriguez is not the only The Fast and the Furious alumni returning to the series:
Paul Walker and Vin Diesel are set to return as rogue heroes Brian O’Connor and Dominic Toretto, respectively, while Dwayne Johnson is reprising his role as Diplomatic Security Service Agent Luke Hobbs, out to capture the boys.
For Fast 6, Justin Lin is back as director for his fourth outing in the movie series, and Chris Morgan, who wrote the past three Fast films, is back on scripting duty. Neal H. Moritz and Diesel are returning as producers.
