The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) is actually looking good if you like twisted. Now we get to see how Martin traps the people. The best is at the end of the movie trailer and a victim screams Human Centipede was just a movie. The black and white is cool as well. I wonder if the film will be completely in black and white as well or is that way just for the trailer.
