THE INFINITE HORIZON: Warner Bros. to Adapt Comic Into Film

Warner Bros. to Develop Feature Film Based on The Infinite Horizon. Warner Bros. will be bringing the comic book miniseries The Infinite Horizon to the big screen. The popular Greek tale Homer’s The Odyssey inspired the development of six-issue comic that ran from 2007 to 2011.

Variety broke the news that the studio would be working with Arrow and The Flash producer Greg Berlanti and Hercules scribe Ryan Condal to bring the series to life. Created by Gerry Duggan and Phil Noto, the series follows a soldier’s long journey home following years of war in the Middle East. In the near future, this unnamed soldier will lead a team of abandoned soldiers on their decade-long trip back to their homes. Getting back will be no easy feat as they will be traveling halfway around the world and face off against enemies like the Cyclops and the Sirens. However, this team must survive the final hours of the war.

Drew Crevello and Julia Spiro will oversee the project for Warner Bros. Are you guys excited to see The Infinite Horizon become a movie? Who should play the nameless soldier?
