THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 3D (2012) Movie Poster

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D Movie Poster, 02

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D Movie Poster. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D movie poster for the John Luessenhop directed film does not show any of the cast members except, perhaps, the arm of Dan Yeager who will be portraying Thomas Hewitt / Leatherface this tie around. I wish Andrew Bryniarski was playing Thomas Hewitt again like he did in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) (reviewed here: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) Movie Review) and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. The tagline for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D movie poster says: “Buzz. Kill.” Love that. Very late ’90s.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D’s plot synopsis: “The story centers around Heather (Alexandra Daddario), as she makes a trip to small-town Texas to collect her inheritance, unaware that her inheritance includes a live item – her cousin, the notorious serial killer Leatherface…The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D ignores everything that came after the 1973 original by picking up immediately after the Tobe Hooper film left off.”

We previously posted The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D (2012): Cast, Plot Synopsis, Cameos. IMDb says the film now is being called Leatherface 3D, which is weird. Why release a movie poster with an inaccurate title? Perhaps the title was changed last second after the movie posters had already been sent out.
