Hulk to Appear in Thor: Ragnarok. Rumors have been going around that Mark Ruffalo was set to reprise his role as Bruce Banner and his alter ego the Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok. Well, it was all confirmed by those closer to Marvel to Variety that it will indeed happen.

Earlier reports suggested that the Hulk would be teaming up with the God of Thunder himself in his third solo film. The story was reportedly to center on a distant planet that is neither Asgard nor Earth. It’s uncertain which planet it will be, but rumors are suggesting that Planet Hulk might fit into the frenzy.

Thor: Ragnarok is looking to be what is considered the final chapter in the Asgardian’s trilogy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The screenplay is being written by Thor: The Dark Worlds Christopher Yost and Craig Kyle. Currently, Taika Waititi is in negotiations to direct the upcoming film.

Marvel Studios will be releasing the third Thor film on November 3rd, 2017 in 2D, 3D and IMAX.
