Doomsday
Why I picked it.
A Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, Escape from New York clone with a hot chick and a virus thrown in. It looks empty and fun like AvP:R, Transformers, et cetera. It also has the virtue of being the only cool action flick coming out this weekend. Plus Neil Marshall of The Descent is helming it. There is another action flick coming out this weekend but its even more derivative than Doomsday. I don’t know if Doomsday will be Number One this weekend but it will definitely be in the top six.
