The Winter’s Bone Movie Trailer has premiered. Winter’s Bone is directed by Debra Granik and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Garret Dillahunt, and John Hawkes. Winter’s Bone‘s plot synopsis: “Ree Dolly (Lawrence), a 17 year-old girl, is forced to track her father through the Ozark Mountains after he places their home up as his bail bond and flees. An unflinching Ozark Mountain girl hacks through dangerous social terrain as she hunts down her drug-dealing father while trying to keep her family intact.” I am pretty intrigue by what I see in this trailer. Winter’s Bone reminds me of Cold Mountain and GodSpeed. I have to admit that I am looking forward to Winter’s Bone. The movie trailer is just right. I would hope that it would get a decent theatrical release but my bet is on a limited one. Winter’s Bone will be released on June 11, 2010.
