Lizzie‘s plot synopsis: “Academy Award® nominee Chloë Sevigny (Boys Don’t Cry, “Big Love”) stars as Lizzie Borden, the notorious woman at the heart of one of the most enduring mysteries in American history. Hollywood creates a plethora of drama films, whether that is a mainstream film or an independent film. Very few grab the viewers attention beyond the sparkle that the trailer for the film portrays. Lizzie is not one of those films. On the contrary, Lizzie looks like it will meet the viewers expectation for the film. The trailer saying that the viewer won’t believe the ending of the film is a rather effective ploy as well…unless you are familiar with Lizzie Borden and her story.
Lizzie also stars Jeff Perry, Jay Huguley, Tara Ochs, Darin Cooper, Jeremy Sykes, Tom Thon, Ivylyn Nickel, and Jody Matzer.
