Deleted Scenes From Logan Include Jean Grey Easter Egg
Logan is no doubt one of the best X-Men films ever and it was a perfect way to conclude Hugh Jackman’s role as Wolverine. There was a lot of scenes that made it to the movie, but there were some that didn’t make it to the final cut. We do have a look at some of those scenes here.
James Mangold’s Logan is about to head to DVD and Blu-Ray soon, so expect to see some deleted scenes to make it on the extra features. We found six deleted scenes that got leaked online, including an extended dinner scene where Xavier (Patrick Stewart) mentions Jean Grey and one of the kid mutants shows off his scary abilities, which might actually be controlling one’s body. We do have two scenes that stand out: We see how Caliban (Stephen Merchant) died, giving him a proper farewell, and the other showing Logan waking up to Bobby playing some X-Men action figures of him and Sabretooth. It may not be cameos, but it’s good to know that some of these classic characters got a mention.
In one of the other scenes, we find out what exactly happened to the other nurse that helped Laura (Dafne Keen) escape. If that’s not enough, we have a hilarious moment with Logan when he runs into some trouble with a traffic cop and convinces her that Laura is his daughter (despite that being true).
