TRANSFORMERS: Bumblebee Spin-off Gets a Logo

Transformers’ Bumblebee Spin-off Gains a New Logo

The Transformers’ spin-off based on Bumblebee has piqued the interest of fans of the franchise. For one thing, this is a film that won’t be directed by Michael Bay, who has directed all five of the installments. Another thing is that we have this logo for the film, making it official.

The logo for The Bumblebee Movie made it’s way online, thanks to the United States Patent & Trademark Office and Hasbro. The new logo does look pretty cool, which shows the stinger bee in gray colors. Not to bad so far as we look at how the film is being made. Rather than Michael Bay in the director’s chair, Kubo and the Two StringsTravis Knight will be helming the film as he brings the new Bumblebee adventure to life. We don’t know much about the plot of the film, but Michael Bay did state that this will be a prequel. The script for Bumblebee is being penned by Christina Hodson.

Bumblebee has been a popular character since he appeared in the five installments of the Transformers franchise. He was known for being a second-in-command to Optimus Prime. In the new film Transformers: The Last Knight, we find Bumblebee teaming up with Izabella as Earth is on the brink of war with the Transformers. Making things worse, Optimus Prime has suddenly turned his back on humanity as we last saw in the trailers that he’s now fighting against his soldier Bumblebee. It will be interesting to see how Bumblebee’s origins will be told in his first solo film.
