STEVE JOBS (2015) Movie Poster: Michael Fassbender on Minimal, Apple-esque Poster

Steve Jobs Poster Released

Steve Jobs Movie Poster. Danny Boyle‘s Steve Jobs (2015) movie poster has been released.

The fact that there’s a new Aaron Sorkin, Danny Boyle, and Michael Fassbender film being released in two months should be cause for celebration. I, for one, will cherish that fact and bask in the potential until that fateful day in October arrives. For others, the main attraction seems to be bashing Fassbender’s casting, for not looking like another human being, or gasping at Seth Rogen‘s casting, for casting Seth Rogen. These people don’t know what a good thing is when they see it, and usually follow the herd. I’m here to tell you that this movie is definitely worth paying attention to, and not to listen to the masses of Yahoo message board commentators and their “another Steve Jobs movie???” statements.

Here’s the new poster, which is very much in line with the design statutes formulated by Ives and Jobs. It’s sleek, minimal, and tells you only what it needs to. And it excites me.

I grew up in Hamburg to a German father and Ecuadorian mother. Obsessive student of film, Hip-Hop, and stand-up comedy. I love the dark dreambox that is the cinema auditorium. I love mountains and the ocean, but am equally exhilarated by the jungle of the city. I hope to one day create something that hits someone in the brain with thunderous effect.
