The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo Teaser Trailer has premiered. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2011), directed by David Fincher, stars Robin Wright, Stellan SkarsgardRooney MaraDaniel Craig, and Christopher Plummer. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2011)’s plot synopsis: “Harriet Vanger, a scion of one of Sweden’s wealthiest families disappeared over forty years ago. All these years later, her aged uncle (Christopher Plummer) continues to seek the truth. He hires Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig), a crusading journalist recently trapped by a libel conviction, to investigate. He is aided by the pierced and tattooed computer prodigy Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara). Together they tap into a vein of unfathomable iniquity and astonishing corruption.”

We posted The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Red Band Teaser Trailer previously. This green band teaser trailer has almost exactly the same footage as the previous trailer minus the nudity and isn’t a bootleg from out of a movie theater. It’s an official release.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is based off of the first book of critically acclaimed Millennium Trilogy, which has already spurred three successful Swedish films.   • I’ll watch both. This version will have a different ending than the book and the first film adaptation.

    *Spoilers* So it won’t be the bad guy standing there explaining everything (which we have seen a thousand times) at the end like in book and the Swedish film. *End Spoilers*
