V (2009) Clips

V-2009-header

V (2009) Clips have been released. The first V (2009) clip is the first 8 minutes of ABC’s V (2009). The second V (2009) clip is a continuation of the first. The first two clips are from the first episode of V (2009). The third V (2009) clip is shorter and revolves around an interview of Anna (Morena Baccacrin), whom some will remember from the television show Firefly, and a News Reporter (Scott Wolf). I do not think this television show will be as good as The 4400 was but I am intrigued. The last shot in the 8-minute clip, where Anna’s face appears, is well orchestrated. V (2009)’s premise (contains spoilers): “Giant spaceships appear over all major cities of the world, and Anna, the beautiful and charismatic leader of the extra-terrestrial “Visitors,” claims to come in peace. As a small number of humans begin to doubt the sincerity of the seemingly benevolent Visitors, FBI counter-terrorism agent Erica Evans (Elizabeth Mitchell) discovers that the aliens have spent decades infiltrating human governments and businesses, and are now in the final stages of their plan to take over the planet. Erica joins the resistance movement, which includes Ryan (Morris Chestnut), a Visitor sleeper agent who wants to save humanity. However, the aliens have won favor among the people of Earth by curing a variety of diseases, and have recruited Earth’s youth — including Erica’s son (Logan Huffman) — to serve them unknowingly as spies.” ABC’s V (2009) is the remake of the 80’s television series of the same name and four episodes of V will air in November 2009 resuming in March 2010.
