Confusion Na Wa and the other winners of the 2013 Africa Movie Academy Awards have been announced. The 9th annual Africa Movie Academy Awards, “known as AMAA Awards, are presented annually to recognize excellence of professionals in the African film industry, including directors, actors, and writers. It was founded by Peace Anyiam-Osigwe and run through the Africa Film Academy. The awards are aimed at honouring and promoting excellence in the African movie industry as well as uniting the African continent through arts and culture.”
