The CW‘s Arrow TV show trailer for 3.11, Midnight City. The season 3.2 premiere of Arrow pretty much covered the major issues, left behind the events of the mid-season finale, while leaving subsequent episodes something to work with.

Besides making Brick (Vinnie Jones) thicker than a villain-of-the-week, there will be the matter of Canary 2.0; with Laurel (Katie Cassidy) having made her formal debut, as the successor to her sister’s alter-ego. If the trailer is any indication, neither the Brick situation, nor Laura’s turn, as the Canary, will go over easy.

‘Midnight City’ synopsis:

Arsenal and Diggle confront Laurel about trying to step into her sister’s shoes and warn her to stop before she gets herself killed. However, the villain Brick kidnaps the city’s Aldermen and threatens to kill them all unless the police evacuate The Glades, it’s all suits on deck. Meanwhile, Ray steps in to help Lance and the police force fight Brick, showing Felicity a new side of her boss. Malcom tells them that Ra’s al Ghul is after his family and they must leave town immediately.

‘Midnight City’ also features Stephen Amell, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Colton Haynes, Willa Holland, John Barrowman, and Paul Blackthorne. It airs Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 8:00pm EST, on The CW.
