DC Comics and The CW‘s Batwoman (2019) teaser trailer has been released, staring Ruby Rose, along with news that the TV series has been officially ordered.

Plot Synopsis

Batwoman‘s plot synopsis: “Armed with a passion for social justice and a flair for speaking her mind, Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) soars onto the streets of Gotham as Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter primed to snuff out the failing city’s criminal resurgence.”

Batwoman also stars Dougray Scott, Elizabeth Anweis, Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson, Nicole Kang, and Rachel Skarsten.
