Showtime‘s Black Monday (2018) teaser trailers stars Don Cheadle, Andrew Rannells, Regina Hall, Paul Scheer, and Eugene Cordero. Black Monday‘s plot synopsis: “BLACK MONDAY takes viewers back to October 19, 1987 — aka Black Monday, the worst stock market crash in the history of Wall Street. To this day, no one knows who caused it … until now. It’s the story of how a group of outsiders took on the blue-blood, old-boys club of Wall Street and ended up crashing the world’s largest financial system, a Lamborghini limousine and the glass ceiling.”

With the volatility in the stock market, this TV comedy series may well have been right on queue.

Black Monday also stars Casey Wilson, Ken Marino, Yassir Lester, Michael James Scott, and Kurt Braunohler.

Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen directed the pilot episode of Black Monday.

Co-created and co-written by David Caspe (creator of “Happy Endings” and “Marry Me”) and Jordan Cahan (producer-writer of “Marry Me”)
